Rich is a marketing communications specialist, who began working with Venture as a consultant and now is on staff as the director of communications.

Rich has 10 years of advertising agency experience and 5 years with insurance-related companies. On the agency side, he served as president of Jenkins Advertising, vice president & account supervisor of McAdams, Richman & Ong, and managed e-marketing through Kingswood Interactive. Some of Rich's noteworthy clients have included SmithKline Beecham, Novartis, Hewlett-Packard and Comcast Cellular.

In the insurance industry, Rich was vice president of brand marketing for Commonwealth Risk and co-founded InMarket Partners, a communications firm that serves the marketing and advertising role for insurance-related companies. In addition to Venture, he has worked with the MRM Companies, Arrowhead and dozens of managing general agents.

Venture Insurance Programs is a national program administrator whose mission is to develop and administer best-in-class insurance programs to select industries, which include golf & club, hospitality, banking, technology and life sciences. The company is located in West Chester, Pa.

Rich has a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Lafayette College and received his CBC designation through the Business Marketing Association (BMA).

Reg Pierce, ARM

Reg Pierce joined The Bailey Group in 2006. . He is responsible for directing the firm’s new business development efforts. Reg brings over 25 years of senior marketing and branding experience including ad agency experience in NYC, client-side experience in Philadelphia and founding his own PA based communications firm, InMarket Partners, in 2002.

Reg has served a wide cross section of client industries including packaged goods, soft drinks, apparel, banking, recreation, financial services and insurance. Over the past 13 years, Reg has had extensive client-side experience with an offshore, publicly traded insurance and reinsurance company, Mutual Risk Management and more recently agency side work with many insurance based businesses. His background also includes account management or brand management experience on such national brands as Mazola, Winston, Hellmann’s, L’Eggs, RC Cola, Diet Rite and Nutri/System. He has been a featured speaker at insurance convention workshops including the Producers’ Forum in Philadelphia, Captive Insurance Conference in the Cayman Islands and the Target Market’s 2006 Spring Meeting in Baltimore. Reg is a past President of IMCA.

Reg graduated with a B.A in History from Williams College and was an Officer in the United States Navy. He was a crew member of the successful America’s Cup defender, Courageous when the yacht defeated Southern Cross of Australia in 1974. Today, he still enjoys 12 meter racing and is active in old house renovation.   Reg is married with three children and resides in a 250 year old home just outside Valley Forge National Park in Pennsylvania.

Linda J. Collins

Linda J. Collins has more than 25 years of insurance industry-related experience in a broad variety of roles, including reporter, editor, speechwriter and corporate communications manager.

Linda began her insurance career in 1979 at Rough Notes Co. in Indianapolis as an editor of property/casualty books and managing editor of Rough Notes magazine. In 1984, she joined the editorial staff of Business Insurance magazine in Chicago, where she primarily monitored and reported on the distribution side of the business as Agent/Broker Editor. In 1990, she moved to Charlotte, N.C., as a speechwriter for Royal Insurance, where she was later named Editorial Services Manager.

In 1996, Linda returned to the Chicago area to take a position in the Corporate Communications Department of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., the world's fourth-largest broker. She is currently Vice President, Corporate Communications and is responsible for strategic communications, media relations, and internal and  external communications activities.

Linda holds a degree in English Composition/Journalism from Indiana University and a Certificate of Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America.

Randall L. Clinger, CPCU, ARe

Randy Clinger is Head of Marketing Communications for Swiss Re in the Americas. In this role he is responsible for leading a team providing all marketing communication and convention management activities for Swiss Re businesses including L&H reinsurance, P&C reinsurance, primary insurance operations and financial markets operations within the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. He joined Swiss Re in 2006 when Swiss Re acquired GE Insurance Solutions from the General Electric Company.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, he was Global Marketing Communications Leader for GE Insurance Solutions where he had overall responsibility for marketing communication strategy, brand, event management, and internet. At GE Insurance Solutions he was also Communications Leader for the P&C Reinsurance business where he was responsible for executive communications, employee communications as well as marketing communications. He was Marketing Leader for GE Reinsurance Corporation, the broker market business for GE Insurance Solutions. He joined GE after they acquired Kemper Reinsurance Corporation, where he led Kemper Re’s marketing efforts.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and earned his CPCU (Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter) designation in1995 and an ARe (Associate in Reinsurance) designation in 1993

September Seibert

September "Temie" Seibert began her career in the insurance industry in 1974. She has held numerous marketing positions, beginning with Marketing Executive for Group Health Cooperative, a Seattle-based consumer-governed health care system with over 500,000 members. She then became Supervisor of Health and Welfare Plans for PACCAR, Inc., a multinational technology company that manufactures heavy-duty trucks under the Kenworth and Peterbilt nameplates.

In 1989, she expanded her marketing and management experience into property and casualty insurance. For 11 years, she held the position of Executive Director of Associated Risk Managers (ARM) of the Northwest, a marketing association that comprised independent insurance agencies throughout Washington and Idaho. In 2000, she became Executive Director of IMCA and oversees operations with a primary focus on communications, marketing and the strategic planning process.

Temie is actively involved in the American Society of Association Executives and has obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation. In 2002, she was listed in the First Annual "100 Most Powerful People in the Insurance Industry - North America," by the Insurance-Letter, an online news service serving the insurance industry.
