“Breaking Through the Clutter – Big I Best Practices”

Minneapolis, Minn. – Oct. 16, 2014 – The Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA) (www.imcanet.com) will be hosting a live webinar on Oct. 30, 2014, “Breaking Through the Clutter – Big I Best Practices,” featuring Dave Evans, a senior executive at the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (Big “I”).

“This webinar is designed to help participants better understand marketing and communicating to independent insurance agencies, what matters to them, and the factors that drive their business,” said Mark Friedlander, President of IMCA and head of corporate communications at The Main Street America Group. “Dave’s presentation will share results from a detailed Big “I” study on Agency Best Practices, and provide a better understanding of the challenges facing independent agencies today.”

Evans is a Big “I” Senior Vice President and publisher of Independent Agent magazine, as well as Executive Director of Trusted ChoiceÒ. He has an extensive background in financial services and retirement planning. Evans has worked for a major insurance company, a national employee benefits consulting firm and as a co-founder of his own firm.

This session is free to current IMCA members and $49.95 for non-members (members must be logged in to the IMCA website to receive the complimentary rate). To register, go to https://imcanet.com/events/webcasts/.

“I highly recommend attending our Oct. 30 webinar as it will bring a valuable message to members of IMCA, as well as anyone in the field of insurance marketing and communications,” Friedlander concluded.
